The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has broken his silence following Saturday’s polls, insisting that he won the election and would explore all legal and peaceful options to prove that and reclaim the mandate of the people.

Obi stated this a short while ago during a world press conference in Abuja. According to him, Nigerian voters were robbed of their true choice.

The presidential candidate, who was almost broke down during the press conference, said that the election failed to meet the requirement and cannot be adjudged credible.

He stressed that the election will go down as one of the most controversial elections in Nigeria’s history, adding that the “Labour party won the election and I will prove it.’’

This is a developing story…

All nigerian presidential election are all disputed since 1980s.it may not reflects the people’s will, but i think it is God’s will,in any country,God chooses the leader of any country for better for worse,it is like a marriage for better for worse.in Imo State Emeka iherioha of PDP won the popular vote against Hope uzodinma of APC,and uzodinma went to court, nigerian’s supreme court awarded this Governorship to uzodinma, and the people of imo state are mocking their Governor, “you did not won the election, you did not got our vote but from the nigerian supreme court, now go and performs”,now they are saying Hope uziodinma is performing.
God is tricky,he bless and hates who he hates,if Bola Tinubu does not perform,he will get one term,or God will remove him.how are the mighty falls.this is what this election is to me.
It calls for reflection,i thought Atiku will chooses Emeka Iherioha as his running mate,he choose okowa,as Emeka iherioha will enriches and reinforces the PDP,Emeka Iherioha is a smart politician even as an individual, and a handsome man,he will performs miracle in Imo State,if God allows him to reclaims his position.
Atiku made a lots of mistakes, and why he lost i think he knows why he lost.he should retires to Dubai ,where he lives with his Second wife Jennifer.
Peter obi should be proud of himself,he gave the PDP and Apc a run for their money,he won in lagos against Bola Tinubu. His party captured 2 senatorial position in my home state Anambara, again two third of the voters in this presidential position.meaning there is a lot of opposition against Mr Tinubu.

Those going to court should do that fast instead of overheating the polity. It was only states they lost that were rigged. They won fair in states they won. Let the court decides. Protests does not win court cases. No sentiments. They should provide incontrovertible evidences.
